  Jackie is an amazing instructor. I've been practicing for years and her class is truly for all levels. Welcoming environment, you forget you are in the middle of downtown. Excellent pricing. Easy drop in. Free mat, blanket, block and strap rentals. I can't speak for the other services the studio offers, but I've heard great things about weekly Thursday night chiro/acpuncture/yoga info/trial sessions. I've been to both chiropractors that attend and both are wonderful. I'm so glad we have this wellness center for the area!
